Her journey began at FERRANDI Paris, where she forged her iron-clad technical foundation and mastered the rigorous discipline demanded by elite gastronomy. Seeking to blend technique with timeless artistry, she polished her craft in the halls of École Lenôtre, absorbing the heritage, elegance, and secrets of France's legendary Meilleur Ouvrier de France (Master Craftsmen). To crown her expertise, she entered L'École Valrhona, immersing herself in modern dessert trends and the avant-garde world of chocolate. Today, her signature creations focus on multi-sensory experiences. By combining luxurious textures with contrasting flavors, she creates visually striking and texturally pleasing entremets. Driven by a commitment to excellence, she uses only the finest ingredients sourced from around the world. This philosophy came to life in 2008, when she opened her bake shop to share a simple, joyful vision with friends and customers: The Joy of Living + Baking.
